Our Story

My name is Josh Rodriguez. I started SW5 LLC in 2017. I am the sole owner of the company with aspirations of being a Chef, Restaurateur, Teacher\Mentor, and Best Chef to ever cook. My focus is on Quality Ingredients, Technique, Flavors, and Aesthetics with Dinner being my specialty. I hope to bring Smiles to the Faces of everybody that eats my food. That was my driving force of my Love for Cooking since I was 13. I hope to bring a smile to Your Face really soon.
